Regarding our fees for service, we accept most private insurance plans. Your approximate portion of the fee will be calculated and payable at the time of your visit. If you have Dental Insurance, as a courtesy to you, our staff will bill your insurance company. Upon receipt of the insurance payment, we will reconcile the balance. Please remember that the financial obligation for dental treatment is between you and our office. The insurance company is responsible to you and not this office.
